In my sixteen years of family medicine, I think the most frustrating disease I treat is obesity. We’re constantly updating our coverage on the latest research involving dark chocolate. The health benefits are seemingly endless. Cocoa contains flavonoids and polyphenols, nutrients that have strong potential health benefits. Phentermine as a single agent (Adipex-P) is also used for weight loss. It's one of four weight-loss drugs approved for short-term use (less than 12 weeks).
